STORA HAMMARSJÖN FISH CONSERVATION DISTRICT (FVO) – DETAILS, REGULATIONS & PERMIT PRICES 2024

LAKES STOCKED WITH RAINBOW TROUT (GAME WATERS):
Alegöl, Vålen, Djupsjön.
Juniors up to 11 years old are included on the permit of the accompanying adult.
2 fish limit on all individual day tickets.
The district Rainbow Trout permit is also valid on all other non-trout waters in the district. Fishing permit does not apply in Färgsjön from 1/3 – 30/11.

Angling with rod and line only.
Ice fishing is permitted on Vålen and Djupsjön.
No catch limit for pike.

ALEGÖL:
Flyfishing only.

Boat hire available in Vålen.
Boat hire i Vålen 50 SEK per day when you have fishing license.
Only club boats are permitted on the water.
Use of boat engines is not permitted.
Vålen & Djupsjön have handicap angling platforms.

Fishing license:

• Day Tickets: (members ) SEK,-250 (non-members) SEK,-300

• Season Tickets (8 months) SEK,- 2500 (only available to SFK Kroken members)

• 2 fish limit per day

• Max. 8 fish per month

ADDITIONAL LAKES (COURSE WATERS):
Juniors up to 15 years old are included on the permit of the accompanying adult.
Minimum size limit for pike 40cm, trout 50cm. Under sized fish must be returned immediately.
Perch over 35 cm must be returned.
Pike over 80cm must be returned.
Only 2 pike may be retained per day per ticket.

Only 10 perch may be retained per day per ticket.
Ice fishing may be conducted with max. 5 rods or static, tethered baits.
Fishing permit does not apply in Färgsjön from 1/3 – 30/11.

CARPFISHING IN FÄRGSJÖN
Färgsjön require a special seasonal Carp permit which is only available to SFK Kroken members.
Carp season – 1 march to 30 November inclusive.
Season ticket SEK,-1400. Please notice that there are new rules in year 2022.
The number of season tickets is restricted and are available from Anders Ström 073-022 64 70.

Applications for season permits must be made before 31 march.
All carp are to be returned after immediate weighing & measuring.
Special regulations apply to carp permits and these are detailed on notice boards on the waters.

Day ticket non-members SEK 100 Boat rental/day SEK 100 Cost for having your own boat SEK 100/year Payment can be done online.

Please note: The deer hunting season starts on 16 August, please show due care and attention to those engaged in hunting activities.
